Order Confirmation & TrackingOnce your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information. Please note that tracking details may take a few days to become active after dispatch.
Shipping RatesShipping fees are calculated at checkout and depend on the order size, weight, and destination. Occasionally, promotional shipping discounts or free shipping offers may apply and will be displayed during checkout.
Damaged, Lost, or Delayed PackagesWe take great care to ensure all products are securely packaged. However, we are not responsible for delays, losses, or damages caused by shipping carriers once an order has been dispatched. If your package arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us so we can assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.
Incorrect Shipping InformationPlease ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the item.
Returns & ReplacementsDue to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless an item arrives defective or incorrect. In such cases, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and a description of the issue so we can review and resolve the matter promptly.
